Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • During product launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

After processing, standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days for delivery within the United States.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. C&S Body Oils is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
